Newt Scores Big IA DinnerEx-Rep. Newt Gingrich has been asked to host the '06 Iowa Republican Party Lincoln Day dinner in April. Individual tickets to the 4/29 event cost $100 a pop; donors who pay $1000 or more get invited to a special reception with Gingrich before the main meal. Sean Hannity will also be on hand. The IA GOP splits up its Lincoln and Reagan dinner dinners -- its two major fundraising events of the year. In October, Sen. Maj. Leader Bill Frist hosted the Reagan dinner. |
