Burns Hires a Pol. DirectorSen. Conrad Burns (R-MT) has hired a political director for his re-election bid this year, AP reports. Burns hired Ed Walker, who worked on Republican Pete Coors' unsuccessful bid for Senate in CO in '04. Burns also hired Megan Casey as his camp's new assistant finance director. Casey worked on the '04 campaign of MT GOV candidate Pat Davison, who lost in the GOP primary. |
