A Diageo/Hotline poll of GOP voters shows ex-NYC Mayor Rudy Giuliani leading Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) in a 2-way WH '08 GOP primary 42%-40%.
McCain's fav rating is 62%, compared to 76% fav for VP Cheney.
