As a firm believer that the second amendment to the U.S. Constitution was meant to protect my right to possess firearms I am concerned that the recent Virginia Tech tragedy will be used by gun control advocates/extremists to push for controls that will restrict my access to guns and reduce my rights. I fear that the democratic congress is more susceptible to pressure from anti gun lobbyists as they might believe their recent successes at elections represent some kind of gun control mandate. I and my gun owning associates do not want our second amendmant rights altered at all and we will work real hard to target incumbents we feel are not truely representing our views. In your position of national leadership you are uniquely positioned to ensure the second amendment is kept inviolable.
