Huckabee has all the qualities to be a very formidable candidate. Its surprising that he has not picked up the steam. Even Kos was afraid of him. Huckabee sounds like a real deal while Romney looks like an empty suite phony.

Did you even watch the whole interview? I'm pretty sure he called it a bumper stripper, but I might have been mistaken. Add a botched joke at the beginning and some really weird policy statements and this guy is a media disaster waiting to happen.

Mitt's my man! Is this the worst they can come up with? So he's only hunted varmints... Big deal.
Mitt's the guy that can deliver what everybody "says" they want. Balanced budget, less waste in government, dealing with jihadists, and a civil tone.

Saw Rudy speak at a local event. He was friendly and jovial, but completely unpresidential. Romney has been a known entity here for the last few years as guv of our neighboring state. He is quite shallow. McCain was in town a couple of weeks ago, and seemed overly confident and completely unfocused. Huckabee has not been in the state much, but he seems to be the only one with any kind of a command of the issues. I guess time will tell.
