McCain Says The GOP Ought To Be The Party Of Life

"Today's Supreme Court ruling is a victory for those who cherish the sanctity of life and integrity of the judiciary. The ruling ensures that an unacceptable and unjustifiable practice will not be carried out on our innocent children. It also clearly speaks to the importance of nominating and confirming strict constructionist judges who interpret the law as it is written, and do not usurp the authority of Congress and state legislatures. As we move forward, it is critically important that our party continues to stand on the side of life."
To whom do you think that last sentence was directed?

Are you really that stupid? I get the feeling you're pretending.
Surely you don't need an explanation as to why not striking down a law, written by elected officials, is NOT activism.
So why the comment?
I know. You are a liberal. The liberal method of debate allows for nonsensical equivalence.
McCain had no problem with activist judges on SCOTUS who stole the 2000 election for Bush.
Partial birth abortion: Procedure used after 20 months or later in gestation. Baby is partially delivered, only the head remains in the tract. That way they can't call it infanticide. The baby's head is pierced by a pair of scissors. A syringe is inserted and the brain sucked out. This collapses the baby's skull. It is now easy to pull the dead baby out of the tract. That is not okay with me. Maybe it is with you. You will have to live with that. But you can comfort yourself that the other procedures, such as dismemberment and saline injections that burn the baby are still allowed. Perhaps they will let you CHOOSE which you prefer.
