Why is Arnold going to the debate when he cannot ever be President or VicePresident because he was not born in the USA?

Per the 25th Amendment to the US Constitution, the only way I can see that he could become President is if he was a Cabinet member (Sec. of State, Sec. of Defense, etc.) and the President, VicePresident, Speaker of the House, and Speaker of the Senate were removed from office or die. I am not even sure if he could ever serve, because the USA Birth requirement may over ride the 25th amendment.

He is a politician who realized that in an almost all Democratic state, you have to be a wolf in sheep's clothing to get anything done. If he made no great accomplishments, then how can he move on to higher office. The answer is he could not. The polarization never ceases to amaze. If that prayer is answered with a yes, then that opens the door for any legal or illegal (after they are granted amnesty/citizenshp) to be our president. Off tangent - but on the George W. Bush library and "way forward" policy institute planned for SMU campus.
