No, he dove into the mud, because he is (1) incompetent (3) doesn't believe in the Constitution and (3) lied to Congress and the American people.
I may just throw up.
Bush must honestly think the American people are stupid. He keeps talking to his very small base and the heck with the rest of us. I just don't get it.
