HRC campaign chair Terry McAuliffe: "It's now a one-on-one race. Hillary Clinton. Barack Obama. We're excited" (MSNBC).

Poor John Edwards. Always a bridesmaid, never a bride.
People seem to have forgotten what the Clinton Administration gave us; the Telecommunications Act of 1996 which has led to the sorry state of the media nowadays; Iraq sanctions which killed hundreds of thousands of children;NAFTA failures; deregulation of banking and ENRON's rise; "Welfare Reform" that led to more poor people. This and more is what the Clintons gave us.
And people need to wake up to the role the Federal Reserve plays in the economy; it sure wasn't Clinton but Greenspan's inaction that led to the ongoing bubbles that are wasting away the middle class.
And Mr. McAuliffe, understand this: there is no way in hell I will EVER vote for Hillary Clinton for President; she's just another corporate whore.
Senator Edwards: DROP OUT, and ENDORSE OBAMA NOW! Stop these people!
That's funny. And incredibly Rovian.
The only reason Hillary squeaked a win by two points is becasue Edwards split the change vote. If it actually was a two-way, it would have been a landslide for Obama.
Josh: It's hard for me to remember an election where the trend of polling and the final poll results so failed to predict the actual vote.
It's hard for me to remember the last time TPM threw its objectivity out the window and joined the MSM in singing "Kumbaya".
I read your post for its clear insight. It was apparent to me that in the past week you really lost focus.
