Within 25?
Clinton call update, a little belated:
Clintonista Guy Cecil predicted today that his candidate will be within 25 delegates of rival Barack Obama after the March 4 primaries.
On a conference call with reporters, Cecil said that counting all delegates, supers and not, they expect Clinton to be "in a virtual tie" with Obama, post WI, OH, TX.
"This does not include Florida and Michigan, where we won whose delegates we think should be counted at the convention," he added.
Cecil said Team HRC is opening offices and hiring staff in all the remaining primary and caucus states. Puerto Rico, too. The trio pushed the retooled Clinton message ... that she's in the "solutions" business, not the "promises" business. And they said -- in keeping with their new WI ad -- that the people of the Badger State deserve to see the candidates debate.
"What you have to ask is, 'Why Sen. Obama is hiding from the people of Wisconsin?'" said adviser Howard Wolfson.

Apparently being in the "solutions" business includes going back on the rules you agreed to and trying to get the MI and FL delegates seated. What a bunch of bums.
Why is Obama hiding Howard? Just saw him in front of 17,000 in Madison, WI, just saw him in Janesville, WI.
Hillary is hiding out on the border.

Hillary has been in God knows how many debates with Obama - and now claims that he's "hiding" from her????

Talking about lowballing. Including superdelegates Obama is up by about 25 RIGHT NOW. So after Hillary's supposedly sizable victories in OH and TX we're going to be back to where we are right now? Among pledged delegates Obama is up about 125. Throw in Mississippi and Wyoming after 3/4 and Obama could be higher than now. She won't win PA by THAT much and then she's got nothing. NC? SD? OR? IN? She could get KY and WV maybe. She needs to win big in Ohio on March 4 in order to survive.
