Ummm, war critics have ALWAYS argued that the war cost too much both in human life, human suffering and American dollars. That's nothing new.
And we sure as heck can argue that we are losing in Iraq. The Prime Minister held a "reconciliation meeting" yesterday that the parties to be reconciled boycotted.
There's no political movement towards peace, and that just means an endless sea of monthly wounded, dead and wasted dollars.
I love taking credibility lessons from this guy. It's like taking opera lessons from Roseanne Barr or how not to drunkenly shoot somebody in the face lessons from the Vice President.
Mr. Bush: We are losing in Iraq. We are losing soldiers. We are losing credibility. We are losing money. We are losing the possibility of a free Iraq ever being an ally.
We are losing the war.
This war should be paid for by Iraqi oil...period. Our troops should secure the oil fields and let it flow. It would lower our debt load and bring down oil prices. I resent paying for rebuilding a country that can afford to rebuild itself.
