She's Out

Per Hillary Clinton's campaign earlier tonight: "Senator Clinton will be hosting an event in Washington, DC to thank her supporters and express her support for Senator Obama and party unity. This event will be held on Saturday to accommodate more of Senator Clinton's supporters who want to attend. "

She's not actually "out". she is suspending her campaign. She will still hold onto her delegates. Apparently she is still playing the game of a sore loser. She cares nothing about the Democratic party. All that's on her mind right now is forcing Obama to take her as his VP. This creature really has no shame...

Maybe she's hoping something bad will happen to Obama before the convention so she can step in and "save the day" for the DNC.

Why do people support her? She's clearly not interested in anyone but herself. In normal society we call these people selfish, and tend NOT to want them in positions of power.

Who are you interested in Bob besides Bob. To make such a comment about a woman who is so interested in all people, gay, straight and transgendered; red and yellow, black and white; rich and poor; educated and educatable. How very dare you!

She did not have the decency to acknowledge that he is the first African American to reach this position. I am a white woman and I am embarrassed by her behavior. She has lost my support. She does not deserve the VP slot

I did not vote FOR Obama, I voted AGAINST Clinton. I will not vote for a ticked that has her as VP (could she resist the temptation to arrange for "something to happen" that would make her Pres?) She can start to redeem herself by campaigning for Obama with no expectation of being VP.

Let's hope she stays out and stops demands for herself. Senator Obama won and he is the people's choice. Most of us have had our fill of the Clintons. I for one would not vote for that bad dream ticket. He must select a VP offering change, as he promised.

In my opinion, BOTH SIDES need to take a breath. Step back, let the dust settle. Give Hillary time to think about her next step, and Obama time to think ahead.

But, let me say, I am very upset with Hillary's "suspension" along with her speech the other night. So far, the only message I am receiving from Hillary and some of her supporters is as follows: we don't care about unity, the American People, The Democratic Party, and last, but not least, our childrens future. I don't know about a VP ticket with HIllary. And I don't know if it's her or some of her supporters, but this whole " NOBODY BUT ME/HILLARY" attitude is more of a turn off to the American people, than anything. I have spoken with many HRC supporters in the last 48 hrs whom are upset with the way her camp is going about this WHOLE thing! In my opinion, the petitions, her speeches and her suporters are really offending a lot of people and are pushing more and more people away from her cause. Wise up Hillary.....cause right now, the only think you are doing, is shooting yourself in the foot.
