Breaking The Silence
John McCain's camp released word today that he'll have his first press conference today since Aug. 13, reports NBC/NJ's Adam Aigner-Treworgy. 4 p.m. in MI. It's been 41 days since the GOP nom took questions from national reporters. There are 42 days remaining in the WH contest. And Sarah Palin, we should remind readers, has yet to hold a press availability.

And it's been 36 years since Joe Biden has put his brain in gear before engaging his mouth, and the Twelfth of Never since Obama has come clean about his associations with Bill Ayers and Tony Rezko.
What's your point?
The behavior of MSM press has been so obviously in the tank for Barak Obama that even a cave man can figure out why news conferences are not held.
Really, so McCain could be asked by 'reporters' how does it feel to have a Vice President who is the grandmother of a five month old Down Syndrome infant. How can you have a Vice President whose husband it has not been conclusively proven to be false, allegedly committed incest with one or more of her children? and so on?
It must just kill the MSM to find out that they aren't needed. The US citizenry has lost all confidence in most reporters. McCain could moon the cameras and no one would actually believe it happened anymore. A truly sad state of affairs.
It's been how many days since Katie Couric asked Obama the one and only hard question he has gotten from the press?
