How about relocating all those trailers from Hurricane Katrina (over 3 years ago)that the government owns to the North Slope and start taking job applications for temporary work from all the unemployed at drillbabydrill.com starting immediately.
Somehow this reminds me of the George Orwell Novel "1984" and the Automatons..."Drill Baby Drill"
