Isn't one of the bigger untold stories that the numbers didn't really jump in 2008? The numbers I have are:
2004
Bush 62,040,610
Kerry 59,028,444
2008
Obama62,443,218
McCain 55,386,310
Obviously some numbers are still unreported, but with all the hype about new voters and record turn-outs, I was expecting more.
