Obama Today, A McCain MeetingFrom Obama/Biden transition spokesman Nick Shapiro: President-elect Barack Obama and Senator John McCain will meet at noon Eastern/ 11:00 am Central in Chicago at transition headquarters. It's well known that they share an important belief that Americans want and deserve a more effective and efficient government, and will discuss ways to work together to make that a reality. McInsane is a "never been" in some eyes and a "has been" in others. Probably more than 1/2 the people who voted for him due to Palin (which I don't really understand), and the others were just dumb. I assure you, this is a complimentary meeting. Johnny is not the Repu-Thugs leader in any kinda of way. Nor does he represent any certain constituent of any matter. He shares great responsibility in the crumbling of his own political party, we don't want him to bring that type of thinking in the running of the national government or into our international affairs.
