Stossel Launches Fox Business Show

Libertarian pundit John Stossel will launch "Stossel," his very own show, tonight on Fox Business Network.
It is a first for the broadcast journalism veteran, who, until recently, cohosted "20/20" on ABC. Hosting his own show wasn't something he had always dreamed about; it was for another reason he decided to give it a shot.
"[It was] more in response to current events, to my getting to a point in life where I thought I had learned enough that I had more to say about current events," Stossel said.
The particular topic that struck such a chord with him? "The health care bill."
Stossel, who prefers to focus more on issues than high-profile guests, will cover myriad topics over the course of the first three episodes, including government regulation and capitalism. And while he hasn't scored an interview just yet, Stossel would love to have former VP Al Gore on for a "lively debate" on climate change.
Another major focus of one of the first shows will be "Atlas Shrugged," the libertarian conservative treatise written by Ayn Rand in '57. Stossel first attempted to read the 1,300+ page tome in high school, but found he wasn't able to finish it.
Said Stossel: "I think the 20-page Galt speech got me. But then I re-read it ten years ago, and that's when I was stunned. I found myself saying out loud, 'How could she know this was going to happen forty years later, or fifty? How could she precisely predict today?"
Stossel also feels strongly about government regulation, and in one of the initial three shows, he found quite the creative way to showcase it. In response to government regulation of nail salons' sanitary pedicure practices, Stossel will participate in a fish pedicure, which some salons introduced when new regulations were enacted.
According to the Wall Street Journal, these pedicures involve the participant soaking their feet in water filled with baby carp fish, which proceed to nibble away the foot's dead skin, apparently having the same effect as the metal tools the government has attempted to regulate.
In addition to the more lighthearted moments on his FBN show, Stossel will also produce specials for sister network FNC, of the kind that made him famous at ABC. And in fact, Stossel's most memorable reporting moment came as a result of his very first special.
"The most memorable was my first special [at ABC], 'Are We Scaring Ourselves to Death?' I had to fight so hard to get it on the air. Two producers quit, rather than work on it, saying, 'You can't say that regulation hurts anyone,'" said Stossel. "And I worried that ABC wouldn't air it. They did, and I worried that it wouldn't attract an audience, and it did. That launched my new career of doing specials."
Stossel has yet to begin work on any FNC specials while he spends his time focused on "Stossel." The show premieres tonight at 8pm ET on FBN.

I just saw you on Glenn Beck's show where you showed a $6000 golf cart which you said you received a $6000 tax credit. I checked the IRS site. The most that they offered was $3500 for street cars. Where is electric car credit listed?
I would like to have the number for the free golf cart, or where to get the tax credit.

I looked into it. Be advised........ you will have to pay shipping (could cost you up to $595) also you could have to pay your state sales tax (but your on your honor on this point).
This is a Chinese product and finding a dealer to fix it could be a challenge.
