I have to agree with the other comments here. Senator McCain has been in Washington much too long, and he does not appear to have any bedrock conservative principles. That may have been fine with the American voters when we were living on easy street, but it's useless when our form of free market, representative government is under attack from without and within. We are attacked externally by terrorist attacks and unchecked illegal immigration. We are attacked internally by profligate, unsustainable spending, by the confiscation and redistribution of private property, and liberal/socialist/progressive communist-sympathizers in the halls of government who are systematically undermining the greatest ideas of enlightened self-government ever conceived, enshrined in our Constitution.

Sadly, since Senator McCain’s positions on important issues have often been determined by avoiding conflict and criticism with the side that would yell the loudest, he hasn't developed the principled, moral strength that will be necessary to stem the tide of disaster that is coming upon our country.

I hope Mr. Hayworth will have the moral fortitude to protect our children's greatest inheritance: the freedom, security, and prosperity uniquely found in the self-government of the United States and its Constitution.

I see a bunch of people here talking about John McCain and amnesty and I ask you where you are getting your information. McCain has never supported amnesty and says he never will. Yes he supported the guest worker program, but that is certainly not amnesty. Look it up.

What JD Hayworth and Jim Deakins should do is to both run their campaigns without going after eachother anymore so much!

Both of them should go after the incumbent on his past and current policy platform on illegal alien/immigration/immigrant issues, and all of the other major issues.

Don't over do it on a personal level, but go after his policy platform on all of the major issues that he has not addressed properly, or has actively undermined against the Conservative type position!

After the middle of the campaigns start coordinating the two Conservative Campaigns to be working together behind the scenes,

to be ready to have one of the 2 candidates to drop out of the race, and to then to put their full support behind the other remaining Conservative Republican candidate that stays in the race!

This the only way to be able to handily beat John McCAain and the Democrats in the Arizona US Senate Race Republican Primary!

Because McCain has way more $$$ to spend on all kinds of promotons such as casmpaign events, tv and radio ads.

He has also recieved the highly influential endorsement of Conservative leader Sarah Palin, because she owes him alot for helping her get out and onto the countrywide US political map!

By gaining alot of Independent, Conservative, and Republican supporters and their votes, JD Hayworth and Jim Deakin can then at the right time call for the full support of the remaining Conservative candidate,

after one of the two Conservative candidates drops out of the race at the right time, based on the polls and/or other means of determining who has more support from the AZ Independents, Conservatives, and Republicans of the race,

and tells their supporters to put their full support and votes en masse for the other Conservative Republican Senatorial candidate,

who was getting the higher amount of overall support and/ or is determined to be the best candidate to beat McCain in the primary vote, and to be able to beat any Democratic opponent in thr senate race in November 2010 !

Talk to JD and Jim and tell them that winning this primary means much more then either of their personal political ambitions.

And that if there is more than a 2 or 3 way race in the primary race, McCain could probably not be beaten, that's why the combining of the 2 Conservative candidates supporters and votes,

towards the end of the primaries without it being obvious that it was all pre-planned to work out that way, is a recipe for success against very high odds!

So they should work together behind the scenes, because beating McCain in this primary, who is an entrenched politician with alot of strong political and corporate alliances, and unlimited amounts of his families $$$ to spend on his campaign besides the 5-10 million $$$ he's already raised!

So then they would have the kind and amount of of overall support, needed to be able to beat a 5 term AZ US Senator, who also has alot of personal history, that also manages to get him alot of loyal support and votes.

Even though he's very unreliable as a Conservative on the issues candidate. And that's why he needs to be replaced in his Senate seat!
Maybe then he'll learn the lesson what happens when you mess with the peoples seat!

He is also a way too loyal supportee-supporter and strong agreeable ally of liberal/moderate RINO-CINO Republican South Carolina US Senator Lindsey Graham, and that's not a good sign to say the least!

Talk over this plan, implement it and maybe we'll be on our way to another Conservative Republican victory in Arizona, like the recent one in Massachusetts!

No matter what the end results are it will all be well worth it. Because giving John McCain an unexpected very strong political fight based, on his unappreciated liberal/moderate RINO-CINO type Republican mismanagement and mishandling of the unsecure-borders-illegal-alien-immigrant-immigration-issues/problems and all of the other major issues too.

Will have a major impact on him, because he'll realize that he came close to losing his seat because of those unappreciated policies, and hopefuilly he'll have more reconsideration at the times when he's about to sell out the UUS-America down the drain as he has done so often, time and time again in his past 5 AZ US Senator terms!

Also the political climate in the US House and Senate and the country as a whole, will be alot more hostile to him and US Senator Lindsay Graham from this day going forwrd if they continue,

their unappreciated liberal/moderate RINO-CINO type Republican mismanagement and mishandling of the unsecure-borders-illegal-alien-immigrant-immigration-issues/problems, and all of the other major issues too.

And having had to fight against candidates that are right on the issues they'll posibly be thankful for winning and trying to keep their seat for the next election or just not completely ruin their legacy, in their last term in office!

Also the exposing of the incumbent for all of their misdeeds and all of the above in the primary, also puts more pressure on them to make promises to start to have a more consistently Conservative policy/platform that has a much more US-American people driven agenda,

from now on, that we can try to hold them to while they're in office, and debating and voting on all of the major issues, while we are watching closely to what they're doing and are up to at all times, because of their past political record!

Also this kind of race will have a good effect on all of the other Senate and House races in 2010.

Because it will expose and bring out into the open the whole scandalous issue of how these liberal/moderate RINO-CINO elitist type Republican politicians, which John McCain and Lindsey Grahasm are the 2 most notable for this,

who for some hidden reason just have this crazy way of debating and voting, in a way that sounds like, and after they vote is in effect,

as if they were an advocate for foreign nations and their citizens in and at the most innaproriate way and/or time, be they our enemy, neutral, or freind,

and not at all for the benefit of or for, the US-American people as a whole, and almost always to the major detriment and loss, to the USA and the American people, in one way or another, or in a multitude of ways!

This will cause other states to have election races and results similar to the recent one in Massachusetts!

We must get a new US ID required at all US polling places and voting booths in order to vote in the US -- rule/law -- in place asap for the 2010 elections!

We must get the illegal aliens parents/child born in the USA/automatic citizenship rule/law reversed, asap!

And expose the neglgent and reckless politicians who have let the number 1 most destructive, completely traitorous, and treasonous rule/law, that is the basis of the whole;

unsecure border/foreign national illegal/alien/immigrant/immigration/hordes/invaders issues; stay in place all of these years, when they could have at least tried to get it reversed!

Not in your state, but will support getting rid of McCain. If JD is serious, he should consider getting in sooner rather than later. I just received an email from the Mc camp crowing that a new head-to-head poll shows Mc up 22 pts.

I live in Southern California, and when it comes to illegals, CA has you guys far outnumbered. Believe me, we not only feel your pain, we experience it on a daily basis.

I have admired JD for years, and would gladly trade Ah-nuld for JD or Sheriff Joe any day. Heck, I wish we could just ship our governor straight over to you to get him off our hands, but you've got enough RINO politicians as it is.

I feel John McCain does not work for the people of Arizona. The aide running his office are Washington stooges that do only what governmental agencies want them to do. I know this from a friend of mine who experienced hell when he tried to move his brother who was a disabled veteran from a Colorado nursing home to an Arizona facility. He requested that so his brother could be close so family could visit him.

He died in Colorado without the family being able to be there to support him. This was a terrible thing to happen to a veteran who received a service related injury.

The people of Arizona need someone better and hopefully it will be a conservative Republican. I don't know if Hayworth is the answer because during his last election he went after Mitchell rather than expressing to the people of Arizona what he wanted to do in congress. I like his national sales tax ideas and hope that he will talk about that rather than the record of his when he campaigns.

It he has not learned this lesson then I hope John McCain wins because he is the lesser of two evils.

Enough is enough! It's time for McCain to GO, as well as all current incumbants. We need term limits and if the members of Congress don't pursue this, then replace them. That's the power we, as a people, still retain.
