Two years after his coattails helped sweep two dozen Democrats into office, President Obama is proving more a boon to Republicans than to Democrats during the midterm elections. His poll numbers are so morose that Democrats are planning ways to avoid his shadow, while Republicans plot strategies aimed at tying Obama to every incumbent member of Congress they can.

The advice from Democratic consultants and strategists is almost unanimous: Run away from the president, and fast. A prominent Democratic pollster is circulating a survey that shows George W. Bush is 6 points more popular than President Obama in "Frontline" districts -- seats held by Democrats that the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee sees as most vulnerable to Republican takeover. That Bush is more popular than Obama in Democratic-held seats is cause for outright fear.

But disassociating oneself from an incumbent president is never easy, and Democrats have to walk a narrow line. Based on conversations with more than a dozen Democratic political operatives, here's some advice for candidates looking to chart their own course, one that will send them back to the 112th Congress:

Walk, Don't Run: "He is a walking radioactive disaster," one senior Democratic operative said of the president. But any effort to seriously distance oneself from Obama is dangerous for an incumbent; go too hard against the president and voters think the candidate is faking it.

"People know that a Democratic congressman will agree with a Democratic president more often than not, so the worst thing a candidate can do is manufacture differences with the president," said Phil Singer, a party strategist and former top aide to Hillary Rodham Clinton's presidential campaign. "Voters can spot a fake right away."

What's more, virtually every Democratic strategist agreed, if the president of the United States shows up in a candidate's home state, the candidate should show up too. Dodging Obama by claiming a scheduling conflict only breeds more stories about how much of a drag he is, and about how desperate Democrats are to avoid him.

Use Him Where It Makes Sense: Obama may not be the electoral draw he once was, but that's not to say he's as poisonous as Bush was during his final term. There are some endangered Dems in some very blue states this year, and those incumbents -- like Sens. Patty Murray and Barbara Boxer -- can use the fundraising help to ward off wealthy GOP challengers. Obama is popular enough in Washington state and California that he's a political draw, too.

And Obama is still beloved among those Democrats willing to open up their checkbooks, as his multi-day campaign swing this week attests. There are plenty of members of Congress who don't want to appear alongside Obama, but they'd sure love it if the DCCC were to fully fund independent expenditure operations on their behalves. Keeping Obama with the money crowd, and showing up when he holds a fundraiser that will directly benefit a candidate, is the best way to use his limited time between now and Election Day.

"If he comes into the district, you have to talk about what's going on in Washington. That's never going to be good for incumbents or even challengers who are Democrats," said a Democratic campaign manager. "But if he's coming in to raise you $500,000 that you can then use to drop an anvil on your opponent's head, it's worth it, in my opinion. The ads comparing you to him are coming no matter what, so you might as well get the money."

Tell Your Story: A race featuring an incumbent is usually more focused on the incumbent than the challenger (though, as Harry Reid has shown, that's not always the case). Democrats have to capitalize on issues that can work for them. Nearly two dozen Democrats are already up with their first ads, the bulk of them positive spots seeking to frame their sponsors as independent of D.C. and committed to helping their state and district.

The early barrage is surprising, but it's demonstrative of the cash advantage Democrats have, and it's advice that every consultant around the country is giving their clients. "They've got to get their own narrative out the door. We're telling as many of them as possible to go up as quickly as possible," said one senior party strategist.

Democrats are using their money early in order to define themselves, before their opponents get a chance to do so. By running the early ads, Democrats get a chance to control the debate -- and, by extension, control how voters view the incumbent's relationship with the president.

"Where candidates get in trouble is when they fail to own their issues and show voters that they are on their side by what they have been trying to accomplish in the last two years," said John Anzalone, a top Democratic pollster who worked on Obama's survey team in 2008 and who doesn't believe incumbents can effectively run away from Obama. "You can control what shows your independence, but don't think that the umbilical cord can ever be totally broken."

Tell The Other Guy's Story: Conversely, the money that can help define Democrats is also going to be used to define Republicans -- in spades. In Senate races this year, incumbents are already blasting their challengers as out of touch or out of the mainstream. Now, House candidates and the DCCC will get into the act as well.

"This is a 'rip your opponent's face off' election for us," said one Democratic campaign manager. "It's clear from polling that Americans don't like the policies that got us into this mess and they do not blame Obama for what started it. They blame him for not doing more about it, which they have every right to do. That means we have to make the other choice unbearable. You need money to do that."

Democrats have the money; the DCCC has about twice the cash on hand of the National Republican Congressional Committee, and the party is already investing in state and local affiliates. The DCCC's early ad reservation was much bigger than the NRCC's initial buy, announced -- but not yet made -- this week. If they use that money edge not only to make the election a choice, but to make it a choice in which the Republican is an unacceptable option, Democrats will save seats.

All Politics Is Local: There's a reason DCCC Chairman Chris Van Hollen wears two leadership hats. As assistant to the Speaker, Van Hollen has a separate office dedicated to freshman and sophomore members -- those first elected in the 2006 and 2008 waves and, therefore, most vulnerable to defeat. Those newer members don't have the roots in their districts that entrenched incumbents do, meaning voters know them less as individuals and more as representatives of their party.

Democratic strategists are urging their candidates to talk up local issues and emphasize their work for the districts. Van Hollen's staff keeps reams of information about individual members' press outreach, town hall meetings and constituent services. Establishing a connection to one's constituents is a better insulation from a wave election than anything else.

The more nationalized the election is, the more it helps Republicans. That's why Democrats have gnashed their teeth so much over the proposed mosque near Ground Zero and Obama's comments in support of allowing it to proceed. "At a time when people are freaking out about the direction of the country, about the economy, about government spending, he weighs into this issue -- forcing them, and every Dem candidate, to explain their position on the mosque instead of talking about the economy," bemoaned one prominent Democrat.

Democrats who avoid being sucked into a national debate will have more success than those who get knocked off message by what the Beltway media wants to discuss that day, whether it's Shirley Sherrod, the mosque or whatever else pops up next. Then again, with Reps. Charles Rangel and Maxine Waters facing ethics trials, that's going to give the GOP ample opportunity to take the race national.

Borrowing from Harry Truman here, come November the Democrats will suffer a rain of ruin the like of which NEVER has been seen in American politics.

"Voters can spot a fake right away."

If that were true Obama would not be President.

But once fooled I'm thinking voters will not be easy to fool again.

The jig is up. Dems will be out of power in the forseeable future.

"Voters can spot a fake right away."

You are joking right? ALL politicians both Right and Left fake in the campaign and they still get support. John Kerry flip flopped; John McCain is flip flopping on immigration; Sarah Palin, the Tea Party Goddess was the most pro pork Governor in the nation. Voters can't spot a fake politician if he/she landed on their shoulder and pooped. Didn't the voter believe that Iraq had WMDs and ties to Iraq. What happened there?

Doesn't matter.

Dems are done after this. It's the economy, stupid. It's no longer "Will the GOP regain Congress" but "Will the majority be so large that enough Dems will defect to override Obama vetoes on Republican legislation?"

Signs are increasingly pointing to yes.

if these politicians are ashamed to be around Obama in their districts, then they should not be rewarded with a vote to office for their cowardly principles.

So Jonathan you can only vote for those who show their allegiance to the Dear Leader? Should mere citizens also have to show their loyalty before they're allowed to vote?

Lightwave,

If that's the case, then the GOP will need to hope for a 80-90 seat gain. If they win the house, they are likely to have no more than a handful seat advantage, 5-10 seats at the most.

CJ,

Iraq did have WMDs and ties to Islamic terror. Or, have you forgotten thousands of gassed/dead Kurds and Iranians? Or the dual-purpose equipment and Mr. Hussein on tape saying he was just waiting for inspectors to leave and then he would ramp up production. Forgotten bounties paid to the families of suicide bombers? Forgotten the mustard gas we did find have you (proscribed under the peace treaty Iraq signed)? Forgotten, too, the terror training camps have you? Do you really think they just disappeared?

Face it: It was Iraq's responsibility to prove they did NOT have WMDs in order to comply with the peace treaty ending the first gulf war; it was not our responsibility to prove they did not.

Fact the fact that Mr. Bush was right in removing an illegitimate and vile regime.

And face the fact that a relatively stable consitiutional government is forming in the toilet of the world.

It just galls you that millions of people besides yourself get to experience liberty, doesn't it?

Grow up for heaven's sake.

Or perhaps you think Mr. Hussein and his psychotic sons were not pursuing nuclear weaponry also? After all, Joe Wilson and Valerie Plame said so.

So, Mr. Wilson, besides Phil Singer and John Anzalone, your sources are "a prominent Democratic pollster", a "senior Democratic operative", a "Democratic campaign manager", "senior party strategist", "one Democratic campaign manager", and "one prominent Democrat". Usually, when a "reporter" doesn't identify his sources, he clearly states that it's because the sources would only speak on the condition of anonimity. Is that the case here, or was this your decision? Either way, it's a prime example of the too-cozy relationship between reporters and their sources, where the reporter thinks his story is just so important that he has to accept anonimity, when the story isn't important at all; and the sources know that the reporter is so eager for the story, whether it's an important story or not, that he'll accept anonimity as a condition and the source can be unaccountable for whatever he says. And you wonder why the public doesn't think much of the media and journalists.

On November 2nd the American people will collectively throw up and what will be left on the ground will be the putrid remains of Obama/Reid/Pelosi "government first" philosophy of government. The people will vote to put our government in its originally intended place. The dismantling of the liberal agenda will begin with the repeal of the balance of the Stimulus Act, the defunding and neutering of ObamaCare (full repeal will have to wait for a new President in 2012), the death of cap and trade, and dramatic cuts in Federal spending. I can't wait.

asmith...

80-90 is doable in this environment. The GOP is up double digits among LVs in Ras, up 7 among adults in Gallup, and more recent polls are also showing the GOP gaining in a big way in the generic ballot. The GOP advantage in the generic ballot in several polls is historic. As in, it has never been that big before.

This train has left the station. The only question is how much speed it will have picked up by 11.2

How things have changed! 20 months ago, it was assumed by the mainstream media that Democratic candidates would ride Obama's coattails in the 2010 elections, but now it seems that very few of them want to be seen with him! Does this mean the waves aren't going to cease, and the planet isn't going to heal?

"It's clear from polling that Americans don't like the policies that got us into this mess and they do not blame Obama for what started it. They blame him for not doing more about it, which they have every right to do."
WRONG- We don't blame Obama because he didn't do enough. We blame Obama because he made those problems 1000 times worse, and created MORE problems. But I am glad to see the Democratic leadership/pollsters/election officials are so out of touch. They SHOULD keep telling everyone what Obama has done. That way, he will NEVER get re-elected.

"Voters can spot a fake right away."

LOL. That is by far the funniest thing I've heard today. Didn't exactly work in '08, did it.

But still, it is unlikely to work again for the Dems. It was the media that put obama into office, and the public is on to the media, with its worst trust ratings in history, and even WaPo openly admitting that it is biased to the Left.

The Crats have a problem. They can run away from obama, but they can't run away from their own record of foisting widely unpopular legislation down their throat in the most undemocratic way. They can't hide their lockstep record with Pelosi and Reid.

I hope and pray that this November makes '94 look like... a tea party by contrast.

sources requested to be unnamed out of fear of backlash from a very petulant, defensive, and vindictive administration led in classic Chicago thug style. Considering Pelosi's comments yesterday, I'd ask to remain anonymous, too!

The problem for the Dems is that they are such arrogant elitists, they believe that more "messaging" (spin and lies) will cause the electorate to accept their "progressive" (socialist) policies and agenda. The American people reject those policies by a wide margin. They are sick of the arrogant "shut up, we know better than you" attitude of the elitists. No amount of "messaging" is going to change that.

The funny thing is that Jonathan used the term "principle" in a sentence describing Dems.

All of the Democrats have been in lockstep with Obama for the last two years. They all voted for the corrupt stimulous bill, they all voted for the corrupt healthcare bill, UNEMPLOYMENT is shooting up again, and they all support placing the Mosque next to ground zero, and calling anyone who doesn't religious bigots. Except of course Harry Reid who has dumped Obama fast on this issue, not that its believable. We really have to balance our Government in Nov and kick these democrats to the curb!

Make sure all your candidates sign this pledge.

The Contract from America
We, the undersigned, call upon those seeking to represent us in public office to sign the Contract from America and by doing so commit to support each of its agenda items, work to bring each agenda item to a vote during the first year, and pledge to advocate on behalf of individual liberty, limited government, and economic freedom.

Individual Liberty
Our moral, political, and economic liberties are inherent, not granted by our government. It is essential to the practice of these liberties that we be free from restriction over our peaceful political expression and free from excessive control over our economic choices.

Limited Government
The purpose of our government is to exercise only those limited powers that have been relinquished to it by the people, chief among these being the protection of our liberties by administering justice and ensuring our safety from threats arising inside or outside our country’s sovereign borders. When our government ventures beyond these functions and attempts to increase its power over the marketplace and the economic decisions of individuals, our liberties are diminished and the probability of corruption, internal strife, economic depression, and poverty increases.

Economic Freedom
The most powerful, proven instrument of material and social progress is the free market. The market economy, driven by the accumulated expressions of individual economic choices, is the only economic system that preserves and enhances individual liberty. Any other economic system, regardless of its intended pragmatic benefits, undermines our fundamental rights as free people.

4. Enact Fundamental Tax Reform
Adopt a simple and fair single-rate tax system by scrapping the internal revenue code and replacing it with one that is no longer than 4,543 words—the length of the original Constitution. (64.90%)

5. Restore Fiscal Responsibility & Constitutionally Limited Government in Washington
Create a Blue Ribbon taskforce that engages in a complete audit of federal agencies and programs, assessing their Constitutionality, and identifying duplication, waste, ineffectiveness, and agencies and programs better left for the states or local authorities, or ripe for wholesale reform or elimination due to our efforts to restore limited government consistent with the US Constitution’s meaning. (63.37%)

6. End Runaway Government Spending
Impose a statutory cap limiting the annual growth in total federal spending to the sum of the inflation rate plus the percentage of population growth. (56.57%)

7. Defund, Repeal, & Replace Government-run Health Care
Defund, repeal and replace the recently passed government-run health care with a system that actually makes health care and insurance more affordable by enabling a competitive, open, and transparent free-market health care and health insurance system that isn’t restricted by state boundaries. (56.39%)

8. Pass an ‘All-of-the-Above” Energy Policy
Authorize the exploration of proven energy reserves to reduce our dependence on foreign energy sources from unstable countries and reduce regulatory barriers to all other forms of energy creation, lowering prices and creating competition and jobs. (55.51%)

9. Stop the Pork
Place a moratorium on all earmarks until the budget is balanced, and then require a 2/3 majority to pass any earmark. (55.47%)

10. Stop the Tax Hikes
Permanently repeal all tax hikes, including those to the income, capital gains, and death taxes, currently scheduled to begin in 2011. (53.38%)

Obama's coattails proving to be as long as a dwarf's pecker.

During the last election cycle most of the country was more worried about the falling value of their IRAs and their homes than they were about who would be president. And the left wing media investment in Obama made certain that the things that could have gotten a casual observer interested stayed buried. But the casual observers have become keen eyed hawks. And they see now that they have been made to play the fool. And that the joke is on them. And like the child who has suffered at the hands of the schoolyard bully for years, revenge is on their minds. And no amount of reason, interference, or money, can replace the satisfaction that comes from what will be, in the minds of the voters, well justified and delicious revenge. For those of us who believe that the "consent of the governed" means something the carnage will be glorious to behold.

Re: "Borrowing from Harry Truman here, come November the Democrats will suffer a rain of ruin the like of which NEVER has been seen in American politics."..............

From Jack's lips (or keyboard) to God's ears!

I have a bottle of champagne chilling in my fridge for celebration of the November fall of the Democrats. AND I've taken the next day off to recover from the hangover!!!!

"Don't stand, don't stand so
Don't stand so close to me"

Anyone who would vote Republican needs to have their head checked.

Anyone who would vote Democrat doesn't need to get his head checked. I can assure you it is FUBAR.

@ David Sanford: Anyone who would vote Democrat in this election doesn't need their head examined, they need to be committed! Pres. Bobo the Clown & his party have made a bad economy even worse. His poll numbers are falling through the floor, and yet this arrogant leftist radical keeps moving further to the left. And anyone who dares oppose the Clown-in-Chief is branded a racist.

The picture of Obama as the Joker is a perfect fit: the Joker was an agent of chaos, & so is Bobo the Clown. The Democractic Party of FAIL will fall in November, & then when Bobo falls in Nov. 2012, the American people can rejoice!!

Great Article! - Obama is an unqualified, immature, incredibly arrogant - - - TOTAL FAILURE. Exactly what, for anyone who took a close look at this empty suit, was expected. it's just a shame that the American people will have taken so much damage from this abject buffoon before they get the chance to send him packing. Then the worst we'll have to endure is the torture of this drone giving speeches about how smart he is and how he knows whats best for the American people and the world. Those thugs over at the UN will love this lap dog!!

"All politics is local." Ayup, that's what I'd say, too, if my party were trailing in every poll in every election race nationwide, from governor right on down to sewer commissioner.

I think there's a logical fallacy in Mr. Wilson's argument. Is there any evidence that Mr. Obama is more popular among independents in blue states than he is among independents in red states? If so, that evidence is not cited in the post.

Mr. Wilson implies that Mr. Obama will be more useful on the stump (in addition to the banquet table) in blue states like California. But the reason Mr. Obama's popularity is higher in California than, say, Wyoming, is that there is such a high proportion of liberal Democrats in Cal. (which is what makes it a blue state). This does not imply, logically, that Mr. Obama is more popular among independents in blue states, only that there are relatively more Dems vs. independents in those states.

If Mr. Obama is as umpopular among independents in Cal. as he is everywhere else, his presence on the stump will be just as harmful in Cal. as everywhere else -- because close elections everywhere are decided by independents.

I have a hard time understanding why "We-the-People" are just low liefs to the party elites. Do they think we are stupid and will continue to put up with what they perceive as intellectual superiority over the party roots?

"Well, the big difference here and in '94 was you've got me."
-Barack Hussein Obama

Yes, indeed we do Barry! Say don't you have another vacation to run off to or something?

I particularly liked this line:

"Democrats have the money; the DCCC has about twice the cash on hand of the National Republican Congressional Committee, and the party is already investing in state and local affiliates. The DCCC's early ad reservation was much bigger than the NRCC's initial buy, announced -- but not yet made -- this week. If they use that money edge not only to make the election a choice, but to make it a choice in which the Republican is an unacceptable option, Democrats will save seats."

In other words, tank the economy, lose two wars, insult the vast majority of the electorate and you can still buy your way out of the hole that you've dug. And you're advising incumbents to pretend that their challengers are out of touch?

If Democrats really believed in the policies of Obama and his administration then it stands to reason they would be begging him to come stump for them. Are they ashamed? They should be. Obama has done the opposite of everything he campaigned on.
Do you Obama lambs really believe taxing 4% of the top earners in this country is going to make your lot better? Do you really believe taxing small business is going to generate jobs? Do you really not believe getting or giving a hand out prevents you from gaining a hand up? Go ahead and kick back and wait for that "obama stash". Fools.

Obama needs a "do nothing" Republican majority in Congress as he will say to run against in 2012 just like Harry Truman did in 1948. 2010 will be like 1946 all over again but will Obama be the Democrat nominee in 2012 after so dividing the people and destroying the country with his out of the mainstream views during his first term?

I think most Americans don't like racist or liars since Obozo is both how can anyone be surprised by his low poll numbers? If you look up the definition of Affirmative Action then look up the definition of racism you will see that I am right. Obama is a racist that is a simple fact. Unfortunately for America the Joke is on us! Your thoughts would be appreciated. I can be contacted at work http://www.bestmichiganbusinesses.com were still in Beta so me and Granholm and Obama are all doing the same thing. Watching the paint dry. I wish my boss would give be enough time off the get in some golf, oh well.
"your religion is politics and your God is Obama" a great man said that. Continue to cling to your religion and your God I understand how it can be comforting to someone stupid enough to think the Government is going to take care of them.

I am starting to hear Democrats say that this will be a really bad election for their party in November. Could it be of 1894 dimensions? In that mid-termer (during Grover Cleveland's second term), the Dems lost 125 seats, and the GOP picked up 130 (five independent seats swung to the Republicans).

Here is a note on that election:

The U.S. House election of 1894 was a “realigning” election – a major Republican landslide that set the stage for the decisive presidential election of 1896. The election of members of the US House of Representatives in 1894 came in the middle of President Grover Cleveland's second term: the nation was in its deepest economic depression ever following the Panic of 1893, so economic issues were at the forefront of those matters before the voters. In the spring a major coal strike damaged the economy of the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic. It was accompanied by violence; the miners lost and many moved voters voiced their support for the Populist Party. No sooner was the coal strike over than Eugene V. Debs, who would later run for President as a Socialist, led a nationwide railroad strike, against the Pullman Company. The labor shutdown impacted the nation’s transportation system west of Detroit for weeks, until President Cleveland's use of federal troops ended the strike. Debs went to prison (for disobeying a court order). Illinois' Governor John Peter Altgeld, a Democrat, argued against the use of troops and split with Cleveland.

In the election, the Democratic Party was crushed everywhere outside the South, losing more than half its seats in the House to the Republican Party: the Democrats lost 125 total seats in the election while the Republicans picked up 130 seats, which included five independents. This makes the 1894 election the largest midterm election victory in the entire history of the United States.

The main issues revolved around the severe economic depression, which the Republicans blamed on the conservative Bourbon Democrats led by Cleveland. Cleveland supporters lost heavily, weakening their hold on the party and setting the stage for a “Silverite” takeover in 1896. The Populist Party ran candidates in the South and Midwest, but generally lost ground. The Democrats tried to raise a religious issue, claiming the GOP was in cahoots with the American Protective Association. The allegations seem to have fallen flat as Catholics moved toward the GOP. Democrat William Jennings Bryan lost the Senate race in Nebraska, but came back to win the 1896 presidential nomination.

I like Obama and I can't wait for him to leave. I want the conservatives (repugs and dems) to solve our issues because they know best. I can't wait for January 2013. Oh it's going to be good. My bet is that the corporations start releasing all thier cash and start hiring people. Obama will become a distant memory of when white folks (those that voted for him, most didn't) felt like they did something good.

Bob, who answered Jonathan. Devoid of understanding. Jonathan did not say people shouldn't be allowed to vote (where did you pull that one from?). He said they shouldn't be rewarded with a vote, meaning, when you screw up or show yourself to be unworthy, people shouldn't vote for you. Kind of like, when a child disobeys the parent, you don't reward them.

All the Democrats who have been using through his legislation without even bothering to read bills deserve the boot. How disgusting. We pay them big bucks to do their jobs (or rather, they have voted themselves big bucks, eternal 100% pentions, etc, etc to do their jobs), and then they can't be bothered to read the stupid 2500 page health care socialist bill before voting it in and then giving it a standing ovation? "Look what we did...we have destroyed 1/6 of the American economy! Yeah!"

And so sick of everyone blaming Bush for everything when he was stuck with all the crap Bill Clinton. What a jerk from day one!

Americans don't want a government that takes over their lifestyles no matter what they think about it! The Democrats don't need to thank Bush. They did that to themselves all by themselves by their own voting records! I for one hope this will be a one term President for Obama (who, by the way, still hasn't proved that he is American!). I believe EVERY PRESIDENT should have to prove that, be they black or white!

People voted for this jerk because he gave fair speeches. So did Hitler. He wanted change. So did Mao and Stalin, Castro, and Trujillo, and every barbarian in history. Change can also be bad. Too bad no one really cared what kind of change Obama wanted. Turns out it's the Peoples Republic Of America.

You can't be serious. As bad as Bush was in his final years there is no comparison to Obama in his early years. He is at least twice as lethal. Author please be consistent. You said yourself Bush is leading Obama by 6 percent in some Democrat strongholds. The problem critics have with Obama, and that is most of us, they tend to hold back because he's on the mat. Stop with the mercy act. We all know the other side steps on the head of the opposition when its down. If you are a strident follower of Mike Church go for the throat. Stop holding back. Barack Obama is a very evil person. Albeit his position on a partial birth abortion. From here I need go no further. And God help those who voted for this person in lieu of this knowledge. Evil.

Voters can spot a LIAR?? REALLY???!! Then what happened that got us "obamanation"? Way toooo much dope put in the drinking water for months prior to the last election......
As far as weeighing in on the "local issue" of the groung zero mosuqua,, clever he is....
Gives ALL his endangered encumbents a way to show their more conseverative side to their constituantes and try to make them believe thye are just like them. Amasing tho that none will speak out openly on tv to dis the PREZ's voiced approval back in DC.

The Democrats can't run far enough away from Obama to do any good. The furor over health care and other polarizing issues forced Democrats to choose sides. They are stuck with Obama and his agenda because they voted for it. Obama can sequester himself but the damage is already done. I pray voters are paying a little more attention then they were in 2008.

Nero fiddles as Rome burns. Obama is the front man while Soros,SEIU,and those that are one worlder's are putting the policies in place with our children & grandchildren's money.Everything that has been put into place, is nothing more than to weaken The private sector and therefore America. They have to bring America to her knees for global governance period........ OB and Mrs. get open check book with all of us being their bank,to play, play, play.

Too late for the Democrats.

They won't be able to distract, change the subject and lie their way of this one.

They have had almost monopoly control of government in Washington.and they have used it for one forgiveable thing.

Arrogantly IGNORING the obvious wishes of the majority of the people to impose a statist agenda that mosy of us CLEARLY don't want.

With apologies to Star Trek..I have 3 words for the Democrats this year.

"Resistance is Futile!"

YOU ARE GOING DOWN!

Um, don't be so confident, GOP fans. Have you never heard of vote fraud? The Republicans have to win by such wide margins that the phony ballots and the non-counted absentee military ballots won't be a major problem.

Volunteer to be a poll watcher on election day.

God help us if the Republicans get a majority. The party of NO has done nothing for the last two years. You say Bush is more popular than the President- prove it. If that is the case, everyone needs to put the crack pipe down.

Great Information, thanks for the useful Article. Also check these nice anal bitches Website. Doppelanal Arschfick

Yarbels a typical idiot. Obama is not a racist. That's in the party of no ideas department along with Rush and Glenn and the tea party movement! Continuing call the kettle black by saying Americans don't like liars, but what have the cons been doing?
Raising taxes, take away guns, death panels, born in Kenya, spending money for private plane for a dog? Those are grade A lies from your side!
